Location: Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid) - 2 days office 3 from home

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our team as a Product Enablement Consultant. This is a hands-on technical role where you will become an expert in our platform and help customers get the most value from it. Whether you already have experience in SaaS, data, or system configuration - or you are a graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving - we would love to hear from you. Full training and mentoring are provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will work closely with customers to help them understand, configure, and use our platform confidently and effectively. Your work will include:

  • Technical Enablement
  • Configuring and tailoring the platform to meet customer needs
  • Analysing and validating data using Excel or similar tools
  • Troubleshooting platform issues and identifying root causes
  • Documenting solution designs and configuration steps

Customer Engagement

  • Leading workshops, demos and 1:1 sessions covering advanced product features
  • Supporting users in understanding and utilising the platform
