Are you a passionate Software Engineering Lead with a vision for innovation and the hands-on skills to back it up? This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO to blend technical leadership, hands-on coding and team mentoring in a role that’s both strategic and execution-focused. You will have the entrepreneurial skill to drive forward and take full onus of the direction of the product.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of cutting-edge .NET-based software products
- Drive the technical strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve our platform
- Guide and mentor a team of talented developers - inspiring growth, curiosity, and innovation
- Champion best practices: define and enforce clean code standards, robust testing, and scalable architecture
- Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI-driven development technologies
- Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, and productivity acceleration
- Ensure delivery of high-quality features on time, every time
Experience:
- Working or have worked in a Start up/SME business working directly with the CEO/Co-Founder
- 7+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior technical role
- Proven experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies
- Strong Azure cloud expertise
- Deep understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise application development
- Passion for AI-driven development and a growth mindset
