We’re looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation. The programme has reached an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing already completed, and now requires a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU.

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle, from validation through to deployment and support transition
  • Work closely with SI partners, HR, IT and third-party providers to ensure milestones are delivered
  • Oversee integration alignment across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll and field service applications
  • Manage design validation, governance, and sign-off processes
  • Support cutover planning and transition into BAU operations
  • Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines, driving mitigation where needed
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent delivery performance

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years in IT Delivery / Project / Programme Management roles
  • Proven experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong background managing complex system integrations
  • Experience delivering within Waterfall methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Experience implementing Workforce Scheduler solutions
  • Oracle HCM Module, including Workforce Scheduler & HCM Time and Labour
  • Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Oracle Field Service
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow
