Our client is looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven coordinator to support our EMEA technology and operations teams. If you enjoy working with numbers, governance, and fast‑moving projects, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll do:
- Manage a £1.5m budget, track spend & oversee reporting
- Raise POs, match invoices/receipts & support forecasting
- Maintain governance: board packs, RAID logs, weekly updates
- Support Project Managers & Ops teams across multiple workstreams
- Update trackers, improve reporting, and help migrate legacy data
- Work across stores, offices, warehouses & manufacturing environments
What we’re looking for:
- Strong finance, governance & coordination experience
