AI Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for an AI Project Manager with Service Now and Chatbot experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, delivery roadmaps and success criteria for AI-enabled services in partnership with Enterprise Technology functions.
  • Establish delivery governance, reporting cadences and controls, ensuring alignment with AI governance, ethical AI guidance and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled services, coordinating cross-functional teams of data/ knowledge analysts, engineers and product specialists.
  • Manage delivery of AI solutions leveraging automation capabilities, machine learning, natural language processing, generative and agentic AI, from initiation through to handover.
  • Oversee integration of AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, infrastructure management platforms etc.), managing scope, timeline and quality.
  • Break down AI features into sprints and milestones, managing delivery cadence and tracking velocity, quality and technical debt with the engineering team.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies across data pipelines, APIs and cloud infrastructure, working closely with ML engineers and platform teams.

Experience

  • At least 12 years IT industry experience across project and programme management and service delivery, including delivering AI-enabled, digital or technology transformation services
  • Experience in working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to articulate and document technology operations in detail
  • Experience and knowledge of end-to-end technology programme delivery, including recognised project methodologies (e. g.

Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP), service management, budgeting and people management, ideally spanning AI, data and cloud platforms

  • Experience with Service Now and Moveworks is highly desirable.
  • Ability to enable changes in operational processes and ability to work cooperatively with stakeholders and peers are essential
  • Experience with Claude and Copilot
  • Insurance/ Financial services experience
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Desk operations and support models.
  • Successfully led the rollout and adoption of chatbot solutions to improve service delivery, self-service capabilities, and operational efficiency.
  • Enhanced the colleague and end-user experience through technology and service improvements.
