We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a high‑profile, customer‑centric retail organisation on a contract basis. You’ll be embedded in delivery‑focused teams, shaping digital and omnichannel experiences while working closely with Product and Business stakeholders.
The team are developing AI-driven conversational search capabilities for the clients site and app, allowing customers to find suitable products and recommendations using natural language.
They need someone who can balance strong UX and UI skills, work across both platforms and successfully with developers and data scientists. Experience in this conversational field would be great, but it's not essential.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning UX & visually strong UI across the product lifecycle
- Working flexibly across multiple teams and problem spaces
- Thriving in environments where priorities shift and change is constant
- Partnering day‑to‑day with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into great design
- Designing accessible, pixel‑perfect experiences using Figma and a shared design system
What we’re looking for:
- Senior‑level experience in product design (UX/UI)
