We’re looking for a driven PMO Lead to join a high-profile Physical Network Value Stream initiative, supporting major investment programmes across a large retail estate.
The Role
Working within the Physical Programme team, you’ll lead the PMO function, ensuring strong governance, control, and delivery across multiple workstreams. You’ll play a key role in supporting investment delivery including refurbishments, enhancements, and estate changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PMO services across the Value Stream, ensuring governance and consistency
- Manage financials, risks, dependencies, and change control
- Oversee business cases, approvals, and programme assurance
- Support delivery of monthly Value Stream reporting and governance forums
- Partner closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement of PMO standards and processes
