About the Program
The Future Commercial Leaders Rotation Program, based at our global HQ in Langley, Berkshire, is designed to develop high-potential MBA or Economics graduates into future commercial leaders. You’ll gain hands-on experience across strategic functions that drive value in the travel technology space. From day one, you’ll own real-world projects, deliver business-critical outputs, and make an impact across the organization.
Program Highlights:
- Four strategic rotations + Capstone Project
- Each rotation lasts ~6 months and focuses on measurable impact:
- Strategy & Transformation: Corporate strategy, M&A, change initiatives
- Product & Technology: Product marketing, feature launch analysis
- Delivery & Support: Customer success, service improvement, GenAI integration
- Commercial & Finance: Pricing strategy, revenue optimization
