Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Sitecore-based solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
- Lead development teams through the full software lifecycle: planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Define and enforce Sitecore best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to developers.
- Integrate Sitecore with third-party systems (Marketo, Analytics, Search).
- Oversee Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sitecore development and architecture.
- Deep knowledge of Sitecore XP/XM Cloud, JSS, and Headless architecture.
- Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Sitecore Certification (Developer or Architect) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Understanding of containerization (Docker).
- Exposure to privacy compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust).
