Requirements
- Previous experience managing a Salesforce or similar roadmap as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Product Owner
- Ability to analyse how work is done and identify where automation or AI can deliver genuine value
- Confidence working with non-technical colleagues and translating their needs into buildable solutions
- Ability to challenge and hold a delivery partner to account
- Strong prioritisation skills and willingness to push back on work that does not provide sufficient value
- Curiosity about applying AI to everyday work, alongside sound judgement about when it is not the right solution
- Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration and administration, or confidence learning it quickly
- Inclination to document and share knowledge
Responsibilities
- Prioritise the Salesforce roadmap according to business value
- Help colleagues understand what systems are intended to achieve and why
- Write clear requirements and user stories grounded in an understanding of business processes
- Refine and sequence work with the delivery partner before requests are passed on
- Check that changes are adopted and solve the intended problems
- Identify and rank opportunities for automation or AI that could reduce manual effort
- Develop ideas with automation and engineering specialists and stay involved through implementation and adoption
- Integrate AI into tools employees already use
- Study how work moves across teams and identify delays, duplication and unnecessary administration
- Document processes and rationale so knowledge is shared internally
