Core accountabilities of role:
- Support Issuer throughout full roadshow lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Create, manage and distribute roadshow schedules for deal and non-deal related roadshows (Corporate, EM, HY, FIG, SSA Roadshows).
- Fully support Syndicate desk following all deal-type announcements on Bloomberg. Responsible for:
- Sales announcements for Deal Related Marketing and Non Deal Roadshows.
- Direct liaison with Investors.
- Meeting coordination/scheduling with Syndicate Desks at Joint Lead Manager (JLMs) for all roadshow types.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience:
- EXPERIENCE
- Essential: Extensive experience in strategic roadshow planning – minimum 10+ years.
- Essential: Extensive experience in roadshow management best practice and tools.
- Essential: Extensive and comprehensive experience in roadshow management in the banking sector, preferably in a leading financial institution.
- Essential: Demonstrated ability to deal with strong personalities and at C-suite level.
- Preferred: Previous Line Management responsibility.
- Preferred: A-level and/or degree level qualification.
- Strong roadshow management skills.

- Knowledge of the businesses and the key stakeholders.
