We're looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation. The programme has reached an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing already completed, and now requires a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle, from validation through to deployment and support transition.
- Work closely with SI partners, HR, IT and third-party providers to ensure milestones are delivered.
- Oversee integration alignment across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll and field service applications.
- Manage design validation, governance, and sign-off processes.
- Support cutover planning and transition into BAU operations.
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines, driving mitigation where necessary.
