They are seeking an experienced Senior Operational Communications Engineer to join their specialist technology team on an initial 6-month contract. This role will focus on supporting and enhancing mission-critical communications infrastructure, ensuring essential operational systems remain available, secure and fully functional. Key Responsibilities Provide expert 3rd line support across operational communications platforms. Lead the investigation and resolution of complex technical incidents. Support the maintenance, monitoring and enhancement of critical communications systems. Contribute to system upgrades, life cycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.
