We are currently hiring for a Senior Compensation Advisor with European Gender Pay Gap reporting experience to join one of our Insurance clients on an 18-month contract.

The Role
- Manage the delivery of EU PTD and will require the ability to manage large amounts of data and synthesise into key findings.
- Review and identify enhancements for the updated career framework, including job functions and families.
- Develop tools and processes for the effective mapping of colleagues to jobs.
- Support calibration activities to ensure accuracy and consistency of alignment.
- Develop communication materials and deliver training to stakeholders.
- Develop governance framework, including tools, processes, and training materials.
Experience
- Ability to develop engaging resources for different audiences.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Exceptional client relationship skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and ability to manage multiple deliverables and priorities.
- Flexible team player, a positive contributor to wider team efforts.
- Experience working remotely in a global organisation.
- Advanced analytics or reporting skills (e.g., Power BI).
