About our client

Our client is a premium, ambitious international business with a well-loved consumer brand and a large, loyal customer base. They operate a network of regional sites alongside a well-known London agency brand, welcoming millions of customers every year. They are experienced, well-backed and growing, and they pride themselves on putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.

Why you’ll want to join them

This is a business that is curious, courageous and ambitious, and that encourages people to challenge ideas and try new things. The leadership team has built and run highly successful businesses before, and there are exciting growth plans ahead. It is also a genuinely inclusive employer that celebrates diversity, so you can bring your whole self to work. If you want to join a business that is going places, and have your contribution noticed along the way, this is a great place to do it.

The role

As Senior CRM Executive, you will analyse customer and campaign data to improve engagement, drive loyalty and retention, and support business growth across both the regional sites and the London agency brand. You will report to the CRM Loyalty & Retention Manager and sit within a friendly, eight strong CRM team in the wider Growth function, which is led by the Growth Director.

Day to day, you will:

  • Collect, clean and analyse customer and campaign data to uncover insights and build reports and dashboards
  • Produce monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders, with clear recommendations
  • Plan and analyse A/B tests, making sure results are statistically sound and lead to useful learnings
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation to target the right groups effectively
  • Support the development of new email programmes, including journey planning, messaging and briefs
  • Maintain CRM data quality and support system enhancements in HubSpot
  • Work with IT, marketing and customer service colleagues to get the most from the CRM
  • Contribute to CRM revenue targets, keeping GDPR and data governance at the heart of everything you do
  • Explore AI and new CRM features to keep the team at the forefront of the technology

What you’ll need

  • At least 18 months’ experience working with a CRM system, ideally HubSpot
  • A proven track record of turning data into insights and recommendations for a senior audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
  • A knack for diagnosing CRM issues and finding logical solutions
  • Great attention to detail and a record of delivering CRM projects and insights
  • The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment and keep stakeholders happy
  • Strong organisation and time management

What’s in it for you

This role is a real chance to grow your career. You will have ownership of meaningful projects, from analysis and segmentation through to testing and reporting, and your work will directly influence revenue and the customer experience. You will present to senior stakeholders regularly, which gives you great visibility and a fast track to developing your commercial and communication skills. You will learn from an experienced team of eight, and have the freedom to try new ideas, including how AI can improve the way the team works. It is a forward-thinking business that supports progression, so if you are ambitious and want to build a career in CRM, the opportunity to move up is genuine. You will also have the flexibility of hybrid working, with two days a week in the London office and three days from home.
