We’re supporting the appointment of a Senior Category Manager to lead procurement across HR and Business Services within a large, complex organisation. This is a senior role with responsibility for high‑value, strategically important spend and close engagement with senior stakeholders across People and Corporate functions.
The Role
You’ll lead end‑to‑end category management, strategic sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management across a broad HR and Business Services portfolio. Acting as a trusted commercial partner, you’ll shape category strategy, identify opportunities for value and innovation, and ensure robust risk and governance management. The role also includes line management of two direct reports and a strong focus on developing capability and embedding best‑practice procurement.
