Senior Business Analyst – Sheffield (Hybrid) – 75-85k
I’m working with a South Yorkshire based Tech For Good company who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team. This is a hybrid role so please only apply if you live in a commutable distance to Sheffield.
As the Senior Business Analyst you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, working closely with software engineering teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to define, refine and deliver technical requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, translate them into clear business and functional requirements, and manage expectations.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using SQL to extract insights and support decision making.
- Work with cloud technologies to support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
