This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst with Low-code Application experience to join a leading airport operations team, playing a pivotal role in shaping IT capabilities that support critical infrastructure and enhance the passenger experience. You’ll work across a broad business domain, leading business analysis activities and influencing strategic decisions that drive innovation and operational excellence.
Main responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business challenges and shape IT solutions
- Lead and direct business analysis activities across a complex, multi-site environment
- Own the delivery of key BA outputs, including requirements gathering, operating model definition, and pre-project shaping
- Provide strategic analysis to influence IT investment decisions and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Collaborate with internal teams and external centres of excellence to deliver high-quality BA services
- Coach and mentor junior BAs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT strategy to deliver resilient, secure solutions
Requirements
- Strong Power Platform or low-code application Business Analysis experience including experience creating user stories, implementing process changes and working within an agile scrum framework
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills – someone who has had at least one direct report
- Ability to lead virtual teams and manage a broad portfolio of work
- Excellent communication, influencing, and change management skills
- Experience driving change through technology and delivering business value
- SharePoint experience
