We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery within our London Market insurance teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Daily Stand-ups
- Track and improve team velocity and delivery performance
- Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage delivery workflows using Jira and Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure alignment with London Market regulatory and operational standards
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven Scrum Master experience, preferably in London Market or Specialty Insurance
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and agile reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with distributed/global delivery teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent
- Experience working in regulated financial environments
