Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software tools and architectures for Air Defence Systems.
- Work across the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements to integration and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain development momentum.
- Explore and implement new tools, techniques, and approaches to improve efficiency and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Strong background in software engineering and system-wide impact.
- 6+ years’ experience in Java development.
- Experience in other languages such as Ada.
- Knowledge of DDS middleware and Real-Time Operating Systems.
- Familiarity with standards such as DefStan 00-55, DO-178C, or IEC61508.
- Collaborative and open approach to development.
