Sales Operations Coordinator I am working with a Leeds based client who are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Operations Coordinator to support their sales teams and ensure the smooth running of their quote-to-cash process.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, you'll play a key role in processing customer orders, managing supplier interactions, and maintaining accurate sales data, helping to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.

Manage transactions across the quote-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy throughout.

Process and book customer orders within the finance system.

Register services and liaise with suppliers through supplier portals.

Track RFQs and customer orders, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records across CRM, Share Point, Business Central, and other internal systems.

Support internal and external enquiries with relevant information and updates.

Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to keep orders moving efficiently.

Manage escalations and help resolve issues promptly.
