Our client, an Insurance broker, are currently looking to hire a Project Manager with Personal Lines Insurance experience to join the team on a contract basis. This role would be hybrid working, with the client sites based in Tunbridge Wells and Romford.

The primary focus of this role is the successful implementation and optimisation of the RDT Landscape platform, including system upgrades, Single Sign-On (SSO) enablement, and migration of legacy systems. The role will also provide oversight and delivery support for the Aptean Respond platform implementation, aimed at improving complaints management and regulatory oversight.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, delivery discipline, and experience operating within a regulated insurance environment.

  • Successful upgrade and stabilisation of RDT Landscape platform
  • Delivery of SSO capability in line with compliance requirements
  • Completion of client migration onto RDT Landscape
  • Effective oversight and implementation support for Aptean Respond platform
  • Clear, consistent reporting across all initiatives
  • Well-managed risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience delivering technology transformation projects within insurance (ideally MGA / personal lines motor)
  • Strong experience managing system implementations, upgrades, and migrations
  • Experience working with policy administration platforms (RDT Landscape highly desirable)
  • Knowledge of SSO or identity/access management initiatives
  • Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
  • Experience operating in regulated environments (FCA, Consumer Duty awareness)
  • Experience with complaints management systems (e.g., Respond or similar)
  • Knowledge of legacy-to-modern platform migrations
  • Experience working within a PMO-led delivery structure
