We’re looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation. The programme has reached an advanced stage, with integration build and system testing already completed, and now requires a strong delivery lead to drive the final phases, including integration validation, deployment, and transition into BAU.
You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of critical integrations across HR, payroll, and field service systems.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle, from validation through to deployment and support transition
- Work closely with SI partners, HR, IT and third-party providers to ensure milestones are delivered
- Oversee integration alignment across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll and field service applications
- Manage design validation, governance, and sign-off processes
- Support cutover planning and transition into BAU operations
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and timelines, driving mitigation where needed
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent delivery performance
Essential Experience
- 8+ years in IT Delivery / Project / Programme Management roles
- Proven experience on large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Strong background managing complex system integrations
- Experience delivering within Waterfall methodologies (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Experience implementing Workforce Scheduler solutions
- Oracle HCM Module, including Workforce Scheduler & HCM Time and Labour
- Oracle E-Business Suite
- Oracle Field Service
- Familiarity with ServiceNow
