Our client is seeking an experienced IT Capability & Workforce Transformation Lead to play a key role in a major technology transformation programme. Working closely with senior IT and HR stakeholders, you will lead workforce planning, capability assessment, organisational design and skills development activities across a large technology function.

You will design and implement SFIA-aligned job families and career pathways, establish capability baselines, identify future skills requirements, and develop workforce strategies to meet evolving business needs. You will also support the design of the future IT operating model, drive organisational change, and champion a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
