We’re recruiting for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to join a major Oracle HCM Cloud transformation programme within a leading energy organisation.

You’ll play a critical role in delivering complex integrations across HR systems, working closely with system integrators, internal teams, and third-party providers to drive a successful implementation and transition to live operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end integration delivery lifecycle, including design validation, build, test, and deployment
  • Work closely with SI partners and stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones are met
  • Manage integration delivery across Oracle HCM, Oracle EBS, payroll, and third-party systems
  • Oversee integration design approvals and governance processes
  • Support cutover planning and transition to BAU support models
  • Track risks, dependencies, and delivery performance, implementing mitigation plans where needed
  • Build strong relationships across HR, IT, and business teams to drive programme success

Essential Experience

  • 8+ years’ experience in Project/Programme Delivery roles
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes
  • Strong experience managing system integrations within enterprise environments
  • Solid experience with Waterfall delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar)
  • Experience working in matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders

Technical Expertise

  • Strong experience with Oracle HCM SaaS (5+ years)
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (12.2.9)
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • O365 / SharePoint
  • Microsoft Project (MSP) tools
