Looking for a strong, hands-on Quality Assurance Specialist for our big client who can collaborate with the team's Product Designers. Mobile App experience would be advantageous.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as experience in testing and evaluating software applications. As part of this role, you will be working with the Experience teams. Our team's mission is to provide premium end-to-end content experiences.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Designer to ensure user stories have clear, deliverable, and testable acceptance criteria.
- Conduct exploratory testing of user stories to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Test both frontend and backend functionality, ensuring seamless integration and performance, and document test results via test charters.
- Verify and validate API responses for various use cases, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements.
