QA Test Analyst (Oracle HCM)
Reading or Havant - Hybrid working
9 - 12 Month Contract
£400 - £500/day inside IR35
Lorien's Utilities client are seeking experienced QA Test Analysts to join their team. As a QA Test Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding processes and requirements, writing comprehensive test cases and scripts, and executing thorough testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing accurate estimates for test cases and scripts
- Executing tests and reporting on progress as required
- Raising defects with detailed information for effective debugging and root cause analysis
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of testing best practices and the development lifecycle
- Displaying excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
The successful QA Test Analyst will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Extensive hands on experience with HCM HR Modules including payroll, workforce scheduling, absence, OTL, Core HR.
- Experience in testing HCM integrations with both internal applications and external 3rd party apps via OCI & OIC
- Proficiently using the company's technical toolset, including Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
- Strong understanding of testing best practices and the development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
