QA Test Analyst (Oracle HCM)

Reading or Havant - Hybrid working

9 - 12 Month Contract

£400 - £500/day inside IR35

Lorien's Utilities client are seeking experienced QA Test Analysts to join their team. As a QA Test Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding processes and requirements, writing comprehensive test cases and scripts, and executing thorough testing to ensure the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing accurate estimates for test cases and scripts
  • Executing tests and reporting on progress as required
  • Raising defects with detailed information for effective debugging and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of testing best practices and the development lifecycle
  • Displaying excellent interpersonal and organisational skills

The successful QA Test Analyst will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Extensive hands on experience with HCM HR Modules including payroll, workforce scheduling, absence, OTL, Core HR.
  • Experience in testing HCM integrations with both internal applications and external 3rd party apps via OCI & OIC
  • Proficiently using the company's technical toolset, including Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word and Excel
  • Strong understanding of testing best practices and the development lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
