What You’ll Do:

  • As a key member of our PMO team, you will provide strategic governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth project execution in an Agile-driven environment.
  • You will drive governance and reporting, maintain project dashboards, track key metrics, and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, work closely with delivery teams, and business leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and dependencies.
  • Help embed Agile methodologies, including stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint planning, within the project environment.
  • Play an active role in delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

You should have:

  • Experience in a PMO role, ideally within financial services or another large corporate setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and a willingness to promote Agile ways of working.
