Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation and optimisation of marketing technology platforms, ensuring seamless integration with the wider technology landscape.
- Partner with marketing teams to deliver global and regional campaigns, translating business requirements into clear project deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining robust governance structures and proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, communicating effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery processes and drive continuous improvement within the Marketing Project Manager role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing marketing technology, agile delivery, and campaign delivery projects.
- Hands-on experience with Braze or similar marketing automation/CRM tools is highly desirable.
