Project Manager – Insurance Broker Model

Duration: 6-Month Contract (potential for extension)

Location: Remote-first with occasional travel to Bracknell & Victoria

Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching a brand-new insurance broker model — and they\’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the Proposition workstream of this high-impact initiative.

This is a first-time launch for the business, so they need someone who’s done it before — someone who understands what it takes to build a broker model from the ground up and bring it to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a new insurance broker proposition (Home & Car)
  • Oversee product, pricing, marketing, and customer journey strategy
  • Manage relationships with a panel of insurers and key third parties
  • Collaborate with a leading insurance software provider (CDL experience highly desirable)
  • Drive delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure go-live readiness

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has launched an insurance broker model in a previous role
  • Deep understanding of insurance propositions and market competitiveness
  • Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
  • Experience working with or alongside CDL is a big plus
  • Senior-level delivery expertise (Programme-level scope)
