Duration: 6-Month Contract (potential for extension)

Our leading retail-backed financial services client is launching a brand-new insurance broker model — and they\'re looking for a Project Manager to lead the Proposition workstream of this high-impact initiative.
This is a first-time launch for the business, so they need someone who’s done it before — someone who understands what it takes to build a broker model from the ground up and bring it to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of a new insurance broker proposition (Home & Car)
- Oversee product, pricing, marketing, and customer journey strategy
- Manage relationships with a panel of insurers and key third parties
- Collaborate with a leading insurance software provider (CDL experience highly desirable)
- Drive delivery across multiple workstreams and ensure go-live readiness
Ideal Candidate:
- Has launched an insurance broker model in a previous role
- Deep understanding of insurance propositions and market competitiveness
- Strong stakeholder and delivery management skills
- Experience working with or alongside CDL is a big plus
- Senior-level delivery expertise (Programme-level scope)
