We're supporting a global financial services organisation on a major derivatives OMS migration programme, driving the transition to a new trading platform within a highly regulated environment. This is a business‑critical transformation, focused on delivering a clear roadmap, ensuring strong governance, and enabling a smooth migration from legacy systems into a modern OMS landscape.
You'll take ownership of the OMS migration end‑to‑end, leading delivery across planning, execution, go‑live and BAU transition.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading the delivery of a large‑scale OMS migration programme, coordinating all phases from initiation through to post‑implementation support
- Defining and driving a clear programme roadmap, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Managing governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams
- Identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring smooth delivery within a regulated trading environment
- Coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring successful transition into business‑as‑usual operations
- Proven experience delivering OMS or trading platform migrations, ideally within derivatives or capital markets
- Experience working across Front Office, Risk, Operations and Technology stakeholders
- Strong governance, risk management and reporting capabilities
- Comfortable operating within structured and regulated environments
