This initiative aims to move beyond traditional tenure-based recognition towards a more dynamic, performance-led approach, underpinned by a new, integrated digital platform. The organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across this complex programme.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end project management of a strategic HR / reward transformation initiative
- Stakeholder management across HR, Reward, Finance, Technology, and Communications teams
- Manage third-party vendors and support solution implementation (e.g. recognition platforms)
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
- Own RAID logs, reporting packs, and governance processes
- Drive clear, consistent communication across all programme stakeholders
- Oversee financial tracking, budgeting, and resource planning
