About the Programme
We are delivering a large-scale programme focused on improving safety, compliance, and risk management across the organisation. The work involves aligning multiple business areas, implementing governance processes, and strengthening controls across more than 180 compliance domains.
The Role
We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager to lead multiple workstreams within this complex and strategically important programme. You will work closely with senior executives, operational teams, and subject matter experts to drive delivery and maintain programme momentum.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive leadership and governance groups.
- Oversee development of compliance frameworks, monitoring systems, and governance structures.
- Resolve conflicts, manage escalations, and balance competing stakeholder priorities.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with programme strategy.
- Contribute to procurement processes, supplier engagement, and contract oversight.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Health & Safety or Compliance-related projects.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and contract management.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
