We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across a global organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can successfully manage complex programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes through both internal teams and external partners.
You will take end‑to‑end ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept and business case through to implementation, adoption, and benefits realisation. Working within a matrix environment, you will lead geographically dispersed teams and suppliers to deliver high‑quality solutions that support organisational objectives.
What you will be doing
- Lead the delivery of large, complex digital transformation projects and programmes.
- Define project scope, objectives, governance structures, and delivery strategies.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business outcomes.
- Balance scope, cost, quality, and timelines to maximise value and impact.
- Strong background in project and programme management within multinational or global organisations.
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated success managing third‑party suppliers and vendor relationships.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
- Excellent governance, risk management, and assurance experience.
- Experience leading matrix and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
