Hybrid 2 -3 days in the office (London or Leeds). Our client is seeking a Digital Project Manager to join the eCommerce function, supporting delivery across Order Management, omnichannel, and integration initiatives. This role suits someone with strong technical understanding who can also operate confidently in business-facing environments, blending elements of project management, business analysis, and product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Integrations
- Work across OMS (Sterling /Metapack) with integrations covering:
- SAP
- Metapack
- Sterling
- Multi‑vendor ecosystems (IBM, HCL, SAP, etc.)
- Support product workstreams and Agile delivery activities.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups and planning.
- Manage and support omnichannel change initiatives and SAP‑related updates.
- Oversee aspects of risk management and governance across delivery.
- Own and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
- Conduct project pricing, cost assessments, and forecasting for development and product budgets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically savvy with the ability to understand systems, integrations, and business processes.
- Comfortable working across both technical and commercial discussions.
- Experienced in Agile environments with the ability to influence, communicate, and drive multi‑team delivery.
