Our client is hiring a Junior Project Analyst / Coordinator to support a major European POS modernisation programme within a global retail technology environment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale, multi-country rollout while working closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business teams.
The Role
You’ll play a key support role helping deliver POS upgrades across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Jira tickets (defects, progress tracking)
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and documentation
- Maintain project reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
- Raise and manage ServiceNow requests
- Coordinate with business teams and store operations
- Provide general project admin and delivery support
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential – no training provided)
- Previous experience in a project support / coordinator / admin role
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset
Nice to Have
- Retail or POS experience (even store-level exposure)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
