We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to deliver a Programme Manager - TrackWise / eQMS Post-Market Complaints Transformation. The Programme Manager will lead a high-profile, business-critical transformation focused on post-market complaints. This role will drive improvements in how complaints are captured, processed, analysed, and reported across a global organisation.
This is a complex, cross-functional programme spanning Quality, Technology, Data, Operations, and external partners. The Programme Manager for TrackWise eQMS - Post-Market Complaints will own delivery end-to-end, from shaping the programme through to execution, validation, and adoption.
What the Programme Manager for TrackWise eQMS - Post-Market Complaints will be doing:
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery, including planning, governance, milestones, and risks
- Drive key workstreams, including:
- Complaint intake transformation
- Alignment to TrackWise (system of record)
- Data integration with third parties and distributors
- Reporting and analytics platform delivery
- Ensure alignment to regulatory requirements and audit readiness
- Manage senior stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and escalation frameworks
- Deliver measurable improvements in data quality, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Oversee third-party vendors and ensure delivery against agreed plans
- Support business readiness, adoption, and transition into BAU
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager with experience delivering complex, large-scale transformation programmes
- Familiarity with TrackWise or similar eQMS platforms
- Background in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences) is desirable
- Stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience delivering technology-enabled change, including system integration, automation, and data platforms
- Knowledge of complaint handling, post-market surveillance, and regulatory processes
- Experience with data and analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) is advantageous
