Our client, a global insurance firm, are about to kick off a business-wide agile transformation programme.

They are looking for multiple Product Owners with Insurance experience or experience in other regulated industries to join them on day one, shape the Commercial/Retail roadmap, and steer the company journey to Scaled Agile.

As Product Owner, you will prioritise requirements to ensure continuous value from the development team, always with a customer centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and strategy, aligning with overarching business goals.
  • Create, prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
  • Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and features and provide final approval on deliverables.
  • Ensure delivered features meet criteria and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experienced Product Owner, ideally within Insurance or highly regulated industries (i.e. Financial Services).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills to adapt to changing priorities and resolve conflicts.

Experience with retail insurance and/or commercial insurance products is highly desirable
