Our client, a leading organisation in the Insurance sector, is looking for a Product Manager (Agile Delivery) to drive the delivery of their digital product roadmap. This is a pivotal role, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute the product roadmap, utilising agile tools and techniques.
  • Gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business vision.
  • Act as the leader for agile product delivery, managing backlogs and sprint tasks.
  • Communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders and ensure clarity of objectives.
  • Work with Product Owners to monitor performance and refine features.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-team improvement sessions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external partners.
  • Mentor and coach team members to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products.

About You:

  • Demonstrable experience in Product Management/Delivery within a transformation and digital context.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product delivery processes.
  • Proven track record in delivering complex change.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing direct reports and matrix teams, including offshore resources.
  • Insurance background is essential, ideally with exposure to PMI/IPMI.
