Product Manager- UX experience focused
Location: Fully emote, with some national and international travel expected.
About the Role: Our client, a global SaaS business in the Automotive industry are transforming the way their clients operate their businesses and transact online. You will need to have experience having a strong focus on UX and consumer experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product roadmaps, balancing complex client requirements against wider omnichannel commerce themes.
- Track initiatives delivered against agreed KPIs.
- Prepare collateral/updates to embed a strong eCommerce culture across both our organization and our clients'.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion and represent the voice of the customer.
- Manage key partners and ensure optimal performance from partner integrations.
- Consult with Technical Strategy/Delivery teams on future developments.

- Passionate about emerging technology and able to communicate its value engagingly.
- Data-driven with a creative, consumer-centric approach.
- Experience in supporting/leading client workshops and driving partners to improve processes.
