We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a high‑profile, customer‑centric retail organisation on a contract basis. You’ll be embedded in delivery‑focused teams, shaping digital and omnichannel experiences while working closely with Product and Business stakeholders.
The team are developing AI-driven conversational search capabilities for the clients site and app, allowing customers to find suitable products and recommendations using natural language. They need someone who can balance strong UX and UI skills, work across both platforms and successfully with developers and data scientists. Experience in this conversational field would be great, but it's not essential.
