We are seeking an experienced PMO Programme Manager to provide programme governance, delivery assurance, risk management and operational finance support across a large‑scale Marketing Effectiveness programme. This role will work closely with product owners, stakeholders and cross‑functional squads to ensure alignment, visibility and value realisation across the programme.
As the PMO Programme Manager, you will coordinate multiple workstreams within the MMM programme, ensuring delivery against committed OKRs, maintaining financial oversight, managing risk, and enabling high‑quality execution across the Marketing Effectiveness Tribe. You will act as a central point of programme governance-driving progress reporting, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring stakeholders are fully informed and aligned.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure programme goals, scope and OKRs are met, coordinating across squads to track progress.
- Provide regular programme updates, value realisation reports, and SteerCo materials.
- Lead quarterly face‑to‑face Marketing Effectiveness Tribe sessions.
- Engage stakeholders across Commercial Effectiveness, Finance and wider business units.
- Collate programme information to ensure accurate, consistent reporting and communications.
- Aggregate and report risks across squads and programme delivery roadmaps.
- Manage programme budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking.
- Raise and track POs, invoices and accruals.
- Maintain quality assurance across deliverables and programme outputs.
- Support controlled change management processes.
- Budgeting & Forecasting - cost collation, PO/invoice management, accruals.
- Comms & Reporting - MMM newsletter updates, monthly D&T features, bi‑weekly status reporting.
- Strong background in PMO, Programme Management, Risk Management, Delivery Assurance, and Operational Finance.
- Experience supporting complex, multi‑squad or multi‑tribe delivery environments.
- Confident working across senior stakeholders with excellent organisational and reporting skills.
- Comfortable navigating financial processes, forecasting, and benefits/value realisation tracking.
