People Adviser - 6 Month Contract Inside IR35 - Edinburgh Hybrid
Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh-based)
Hours: 37 per week (reducing to 35 from March 2026)
We\'re hiring for our main public sector client! Join the People Services team as People Adviser, where you\'ll play a key role in delivering expert HR support.
What you\'ll do:
- Manage complex HR casework to resolution in line with UK employment law
- Provide autonomous, practical advice to managers and MSPs across all HR policies
- Lead inclusive recruitment campaigns, from job design to selection
- Build strong relationships and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture
What we\'re looking for:
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with solid UK employment law knowledge
- Experienced in employee relations, recruitment, and HR advisory
- Excellent communication, planning, and digital skills
