Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access Management projects within the Life and Pensions client security transformation programme.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security architects, and technology teams to define PAM requirements and implementation plans.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Oversee integration of PAM tools such as Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, or similar technologies.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating, as necessary.
Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, SOX, and internal security policies.
Provide regular reporting to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.

Skills
Experience: Proven experience managing complex PAM or IAM projects in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of PAM technologies (e. g., Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, Delinea).
Solid project management background with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of risk, compliance, and security governance.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
