What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the planning, setup and execution of paid social campaigns, primarily across Meta platforms
- Managing and optimising campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, including audiences, budgets and bidding
- Working with creative teams to produce engaging ad copy and assets
- Monitoring performance and making data‑led optimisations to improve CTR, CPA and ROAS
- Supporting A/B testing across creatives, audiences and formats
- Ensuring accurate tracking and attribution using Meta Pixel and conversion events
- Producing clear performance reporting with insights and recommendations
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in paid social advertising, ideally with a strong Meta focus
- Confidence using Meta Ads Manager and social advertising tools
- Strong attention to detail across campaign setup, tracking and reporting
