This is an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Project Manager/Delivery Lead to join a leading airport operations team, to play a key role in delivering oracle implementations and ERP migration/implementations. As the Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading internal delivery teams and supply chain partners in delivering business strategies, outcomes and benefits. Key Responsibilities : Leadership and co-ordination of delivery teams Ensure the IT capability required to achieve business priorities is successfully delivered by internal delivery teams and supply chain partners Review and agree project delivery plans to support delivery of all aspects required to realise the defined business outcomes Work with key stakeholders and partners to understand and define business needs Plan and establish appropriate project governance Requirements Strong experience delivering oracle implementation across ERP, HCM, Supply Chain, Construction cloud and mainly Fusion Experience leading and delivering a portfolio of multiple multimillion pound projects Experience delivering projects in highly complex and fast paced environments Accountability for all aspects of project delivery including financial management and commercial negotiation Experience working in a regulated environment (including defence, utilities, banking) Managed teams with multiple suppliers Benefits Salary up to Β£74,000 25% bonus Hybrid β 3 days a week in the office 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) Travel Allowance Generous pension scheme β up to 12% pension contribution Life Assurance at 3x basic salary If you are interested in the role, please apply now for immediate review!41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
