You will join one of the big 4 accounting firms with an excellent reputation in the market. They help deliver market leading solutions through supporting technical innovation and adopting cutting edge solutions. Due to company growth, the team are looking for an Oracle HCM Consultant to join their Powered Apps team to deliver Powered Enterprise through a standardised delivery model. You will use your functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement) and expertise in cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa) to lead and deliver client programmes, support pre-sales and develop improvement and extensions to Powered Enterprise.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop end to end solutions using best practice
  • Lead end to end delivery of workstreams, including the management of offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change
  • Lead client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops
  • Lead an offshore team to design, configure and test a module or process area to successful deployment for a client
  • Develop lasting client relationships and actively build a network

Hybrid working: 1 day a week in one of their closest offices to you (potential travel to client sites)

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform
  • Expertise in Core HCM module
  • Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes with HR
  • Experience leading client facing meeting and facilitating workshops
  • Experience of end to end delivery of workstreams
  • Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre-sales and business development
