The client is seeking a highly capable transformation leader to drive a critical, enterprise-wide programme focused on operational improvement and AI-enabled change. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and data, with responsibility for translating strategy into tangible business outcomes.
The successful candidate will act as a programme owner and delivery lead, bringing structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives while ensuring end-to-end execution across multiple business units. They will lead product-led change programmes that redesign core operational processes, leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall performance.
- Drive cross‑functional projects that deliver measurable, product‑centred improvements across operational units.
- Operational Process Improvement: Work across planning and execution functions to diagnose issues, redesign processes, and deliver tangible operational outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling: Communicate complex initiatives clearly and persuasively, influencing senior leaders through structured narratives and data‑driven stories.

Experience at major management consultancies (ideally McKinsey, BCG, Bain, QuantumBlack, or BCG X) or equivalent roles requiring rigorous problem‑solving and stakeholder management.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to drive adoption of new tools, AI solutions, or digital products within large organisations.
- Operational Transformation Experience: Strong background in process optimisation, operational improvement, or large transformation programmes.
- Hands‑On Delivery Leader: Comfortable driving projects end‑to‑end with minimal oversight; experience as a Project Leader or Engagement Manager is highly valued.
