Lorien is recruiting a Major Projects Estimator for a North Tyneside-based, 3-month contract on an onsite basis. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, cost plans and commercial proposals for major highways and civil projects, and develop fully priced Bills of Quantities and activity schedules.
You will review drawings, engage suppliers for pricing, evaluate tenders and support value engineering while meeting pre-construction deadlines under NEC contract frameworks.
